My manager & I were responsible for the coordination for dozens of shuttle routes across the property and the surrounding area for the time before the event through the end.
Using the large document provided to us by the shuttle company, I created one row for each shuttle that would be active each day. Using conditional formatting and formulas, the columns on the right half of the page would automatically create a visual time block for each shift. I also re-worked the formulas so that if it was overnight, the filled in cells would continue on the same line instead of ending at midnight.
